Bass fishing
anglers Ken Barnes and his son Jerimy (Union City, TN - ph: 731-446-9132)
caught and released 32 bass up
to 3 lbs during
1 day of artificial plastic worm fishing with Cap'n Ron on July
29, 2003. Bass were caught in the North Shore area of Lake Okeechobee.
Bass fishing anglers John Knowles, his dad
Ellis and 15 year-old Stefen (Mechanicsburg, PA - john-impact@msn.com
or impactracks@aol.com) caught 58 bass up to 3 lbs during 1 day of plastic worm
fishing with Captain Ron on
July 28, 2003. Bass were caught in the North Shore area of Lake
Okeechobee. They combined a day of wild boar hunting and bagged
2 trophy wild boar hogs during a morning of wild boar hunting
with Ron's Guide Service on July 26, 2003. John's 22 year-old
son Brendan used a 12 gauge shotgun to bag a trophy boar that
sported 3
inch tusks. His boar hog
had only 3 legs and fought the hardest. We assume it lost it's
leg to an alligator. John's 15 year-old son Stefen used a 357
mag. handgun to bag a trophy boar that also sported 3 inch tusks. They hunted the sugar cane fields in the
town of Lakeport.
